Tour Guiding is for me a way to show the world differently. I am delighted to help people to discover the inner world of travel: growing with Nature to allow Nature to grow in people.

I am devoted to experience life along with people and travel, and seeing people swimming into the happiness of travel is my elixir. That is why I would like to share my passion of guiding around my beloved country where my field knowledge and experiences are taking source.

Born into a family passionate with Conservation, I strongly have that as one of my life's achievement and Tourism is a way for me to get people involved into the preservation of what is the most important value of life: man and nature.

During my 20 years of field guiding, I have never changed my focus specialization: Wildlife, Biodiversity, Human and Culture. Mainly working with groups, I have been with many Nationalities and working along with many well-known Tour Companies.

Fano RANDRIA

Local Expert - Tour Designer

I have always been passionate about nature. That’s why I chose to study Science, with a focus on Botany, at the University of Antananarivo. For me, protecting and taking care of nature is very important—it’s something I feel responsible for, for the good of our planet and future generations.

Three words guide everything I do: Discover, Protect, and Share. I love discovering new places, learning more about plants and animals, helping to protect them, and sharing this passion with others.

Travel has helped me understand the world better, and most of all, appreciate the beauty and richness of my own country, Madagascar. Its landscapes, its wildlife, and its people make it a truly unique place.

My Favourite Place: Ambatomilo, Madagascar – a peaceful and beautiful beach with clear blue sea and a calm, authentic atmosphere.

My Favourite Animal: Propithecus diadema (Diademed Sifaka) – a rare and beautiful lemur with soft, silky fur, found in the forests of eastern Madagascar.

My Favourite Plant: Baobabs (Adansonia species) - amazing, giant trees that grow only in a few places and are symbols of Madagascar.

Orelien Fitahiana TSIALONINA

Business development & Partenership Manager|TOUR GUIDE

Driven by a deep curiosity for the world and an unshakable desire to explore it, I have embraced travel not simply as a leisure activity, but as a meaningful and lifelong journey. If I were to describe this passion in a single word, it would be wanderlust ; a word that encapsulates my enduring fascination with nature, culture, and human connection.

Nature and wildlife have always fascinated me, as the cultural richness that shapes the identities of nations. Meeting people from diverse backgrounds has strengthened my respect for the world’s diversity and deepened my appreciation for its beauty.

This passion led me to study sustainable tourism, where I learned how travel can protect the environment and empower local communities when done responsibly. It aligns closely with my values of respect, education, and preservation.

Working as a tour guide allows me to share Madagascar’s natural and cultural wealth while connecting with people from around the globe. It’s a role that constantly renews my love for discovery and broadens my global perspective.
Exploring these hidden gems of Madagascar reminds me of nature’s irreplaceable value.

My goal is to promote travel that is thoughtful, responsible, and sustainable ; leaving a lasting, positive impact on both people and places.

- My favorite place: Nosy Be, an island known for its biodiversity, stunning islets, and peaceful charm. It represents the harmony between land, sea, and life that I strive to protect.

- My favourite plant: I have a personal admiration for baobab trees (Adansonia). I consider them my “life totems,” symbolizing humility, endurance, and wisdom—qualities I aim to live by.

- My favourite animal: I’m especially fond of mouse lemurs—tiny yet significant creatures unique to Madagascar. They remind us that even the smallest beings play a vital role in nature.
